Welcome to day 2 of your 10 day Yoga Challenge.
Today we are getting into the shoulders. You will need a strap to help you make the most of these stretches. You can do this anywhere even on a backless seat, and no mat is needed. ;)
We'll be covering :
Day 1 - Gentle body stretch
Day 2 - shoulders - you will need a strap
Day 3 - Hips - you may need a block
Day 4 - Spine
Day 5 - Core
Day 6 - Legs - you will need a strap
Day 7 - Shoulders - you might need a strap
Day 8 - Hips
Day 9 - Spine
Day 10 - The whole body!
You'll also be able to mix and match the workouts at the end of the 10 days to customise a routine that suits your needs, go the full 100 minutes or create a quick 20 or 30 minute stretch.
