Episode 4 "Meet the Mafia"
Part One "The Road to Moyie"
I'm continuing my way back home with 10 Axletech axles that I'm hauling from Oklahoma to Idaho.
I stop in Spokane to check in with Matt Huit at Bunny Hutch Fab who is getting the "Zniper" (Fred Zanco's tube chassis 502 powered wheeler) ready for the upcoming Mountain Mafia wheeling event. We check in on progress with the 2.5 ton Rockwell axles swap with Matt.
Next, we stop by Cobalt Industries, a company that builds parts for Axletech axles as well as other off road related supplies and talk with Rick about one of the many things he can build for these axles.
Finally, I go up to Spinneybent and drop off 8 of the 10 massive Axletech axles with Ben Spinney who bought them and I was hauling them back for. I made a deal to get two of them for myself.
After my trailer is unloaded, I pick up my Cadillac from Duane, and talk to him a little about both the Moyie and Mountain Mafia events coming up. We also learn about the NMRA mud races. I go home, unload the remainder of stuff I have with me, visit my brother, pick up some cardboard for recycling and haul it into town.
We make a quick visit into Dynamic Motorsports, D&J Automotive, and Cassell Engines. I pick up a couple rigs, head back to my place and try and get my truck ready for both the Moyie Mud Bog and the Mountain Mafia event.
I get to Moyie and we catch a glimpse of the action there.
