In Mousesteps Weekly #206, we talk about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

Episode #206 is all about the 2016 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom, which kicked off on November 7th.

New this year is the Main Street bypass that allows Party guests to enjoy photo ops & a treat beginning at 4:00 p.m. This is similar to this year's Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

There are several meet and greets that start a little before the official Party time, and guests can line up early for one. New this year is Nick & Judy from Zootopia, and back again are the Seven Dwarfs and Jack Skellington as Sandy Claws. After the Party starts, there are meet and greets that include Scrooge McDuck & Donald Duck, Daisy & Minnie, Santa Goofy and the Pooh characters! Guests can also dance with reindeer and polar bears.

We always enjoy Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. There isn't much new this year, it pretty much falls in line with 2015. We show some of the parade highlights from our favorite viewing location. Characters in the parade include Mickey, Minnie, Cinderella, and there are some changes to the costumes for the princes and princesses (and the look of Beast).

New this year are a variety of treats around the Magic Kingdom instead of the usual snickerdoodles & hot chocolate (which still are available). Guests can have eggnog, peppermint bark cookies, hot cider, ginger-molasses cookies and more!

Denise always says her guilty pleasure is "A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas", which is a Christmas show in Tomorrowland with Stitch, Mike Wazowski & Buzz Lightyear. We take a look at the show!

Holiday Wishes is one of our favorite fireworks shows, which culminates in the ice castle re-lighting.

Very new this year is Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration, the Cinderella Castle stage show that replaces Celebrate the Season! The castle projections are fantastic and there are almost 30 characters.
